No. 9 Crabapple is a selection we made and named from professor Steve Ban Nocker’s trials at the MSU apple breeding program. The crab was selected for its’ heavy cropping, disease resistance. No. 9 drops in early to mid fall. The crab is is over 1” in size and is extremely dense prior to ripening, allowing for good pest resistance. Wildlife Species: Whitetail, Turkey.
